<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\nI needed God\u2019s comfort to help me through my grief journey. His Word is a treasure trove and the avenue he often uses to speak to me. Sometimes the Bible voiced my feelings. Other times, God used Scripture to assure me of his loving presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite our inability to sense God\u2019s presence at times, we have his promise that he never leaves us. He also gives us resources to encourage and support us our grief journey. I\u2019ve listed some above, but he also gives us Christian brothers and sisters who will walk with us through the dark valley. As Christians, we have a dual resurrection hope in Jesus\u2014life after death for the one who died and life after loss for those who remain. We can lean into his grace and strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
